What is the delivery charge?

	For deliveries to the UK we charge £3.50 for delivery by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or £9 by Interlink Courier.
	For deliveries to Ireland we charge a flat rate of £19 for courier delivery.

Please note goods MUST be signed for and we will only deliver to the cardholders address or a confirmed PayPal address.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 12 noon are sent the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). For items sent by courier you should expect delivery the day after we have sent the order. All other orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which should reach you within 3 days.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Delta. We also accept PayPal (confirmed delivery addresses only).
Credit card payments are powered by the SecureHosting payment system which means that your credit card details are fully encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software.

How can I check on the status of my order?

We will email you with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Do your prices include VAT?

All of the prices that are shown on the website include UK VAT at the current rate.

What happens if the item I want is not available?

Very occasionally, due to unexpected demand, a product you have selected may be unavailable. If this is the case we will suggest an alternative or confirm when the product will be available or you may cancel the order.
